Happy Earth People Chickpea Pasta is in the fusilli shape and is made from nothing but 100% pure chickpeas. All our pasta is handmade and is a much healthier alternative to their high-carb or wheat-based counterparts. The high protein and fiber content keeps you fuller for longer, while remaining totally gluten free.

To cook, add the pasta to rapidly boiling, salted water and cook for 6-8 minutes until al dente (depending on stove and preference). A 250g pack will serve 4.
