The Fruit Cellar’ Quince and Coriander Jelly is produced from conventional ie non organic fruit grown by local Western Cape farmers who are nevertheless global gap and export certified. This means that they farm with a minimum of spraying, in some cases with no chemicals at all, and adhere to strict environmental and labour regulations.
