PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:Grow in seed trays and plant out at 4 – 6 weeks Nov to February. Depth 3x seed diameter. 35 – 50cm apart. Harvest 10 – 16 weeks. Cut flowerhead off with knife. Recommended soil pH 6 – 7. Side shoot regrowth after main head cut. Keep seedlings well watered. If left without water will bolt to seed and be inedible. Plants should grow to develop plenty of large healthy leaves, then the green flowerheads follow which are cut for eating.
