Rid yourself of that terrible migraine by drinking raw cabbage juice daily.
This is an excellent variety with medium heads on compact plants. Shredded in salads, added to stir fries or mixed into soups of fermented in sauerkraut, cabbages have a wide range of uses. For balcony gardens plant in a pot 45cm in depth and diameter, or larger.

Growing tips:
They like a sunny spot with moist soil that has had plenty of well-rotted organic matter added. Keep cabbage plants well watered and ensure that soil never dries out. Dont let it get waterlogged either. Cabbages are a magnet for birds, as for the caterpillars of the small and large white butterflies, which lay eggs on the underside of leaves. These caterpillars can strip the foliage in no time. To prevent such damage, putting netting for fine mesh is ideal.
