Plant only when all frost has passed. Lovely straight green beans which should be picked early to encourage production.
The conveniently manageable size of this high producing plant could also make it ideal for pots and containers. If your abundant crop is more than you need immediately, simply blanche beans in boiling water for two minutes and freeze. For balcony gardens, grow in a pot 30cm in dept and diameter, or larger.
