FENUGREEK VARIETY
PLANTING GUIDE:
This is a fantastic medicinal and nutritious plant. You can have the greens raw in your salads, or stir fried. Boil the leaves with lentils and onions for a delicious soup. The seeds are used as one of the basic spices for flavouring curries and give the curry aroma in a dish. For balcony gardens grow in a pot 20cm in depth and diameter or larger.

DISTANCE BETWEEN PLANTS: 10cm or densely sown
DISTANCE BETWEEN ROWS: 15cm
SEED DEPTH IN THE GROUND: 1cm
Growing tips:
Sow seeds in well prepared beds with added organic compost, seeds can be densely sown to harvest greens. Seeds need only to be lightly covered with soil once sown. Thin out to 10cm between plants in order to grow to maturity and allow to go to seed for harvesting.
