Linda says: This is the best tomato for sun drying as they retain their colour and flavour.
PLANTING GUIDE:
This variety is grown in Italy for sun-drying and for eating fresh in salads. Hang a cluster against a hot sunny wall to dry. Sun-dried tomatoes maintain their flavour and nutritional qualities. For balcony gardens plant in a pot 55cm in depth and diameter, or larger.
