This combo consists of:
2 x Cucumber (Conventional farming)
150g Frilly kale (Grown ethically and sustainably)
Celery bunch (Grown ethically and sustainably)
25g Mint (Certified organic)
120g Parsley (Grown ethically and sustainably)
25g Coriander (Certified organic)
500g Lemon (Grown organically)
SUGGESTION: if you are new to juicing – you can add 1 apple for each cucumber. Or you can add 3 slices of pineapple and one apple.
Remember to peel or conventionally farmed items. Add lemon to taste. Fresh ginger is a must (I suggest 2.5cm) for this quantity. You can peel the ginger fist.
There are many other items that can be added to this combo and you are welcome to do so. Lemongrass, fresh turmeric, baby spinach, spinach or any other greens. (The darker the colour of the greens – the higher the nutrition as a rule). Have fun with the process. You can add citrus if you want to. You can even add beetroot. (This will however affect the colour of your juice and can turn it into a brown colour. Also be cautious not add too much beetroot when you are new to juicing).
