Milled coconut flour
Made from freshly milled coconut meal, milled coconut flour is rich in fibre and protein, it is an excellent gluten free alternative to wheat flour. Perfect for making wheat-free breads, cookies, cakes, muffins and any other baked goods.
Directions for use:
Use as a substitute for grain-based flours in cooking and baking. When baking, 1/3 cup of coconut flour can replace 1 cup grain-based flour. Along with extra egg and liquid such as milk. When sauteing, or frying, coconut flour can replace grain-based flour in a 1:1 ratio.
