This gorgeous majestic plant can reach heights of 3m. Besides their good looks these will give you abundant sunflower seeds to snack on fresh, or roasted with a splash of salt. For balcony gardens, plant in a pot 45cm in depth and diameter, or larger.

Growing tips:
Sunflowers are super easy to grow. Prepare your beds with good organic compost and plant your seeds in 1.5cm hold and cover with soil. Due to their height they make a lovely backdrop.

HARVEST 11-14 weeks

Edible parts of the plant: Flower petals, seeds, microgreen.
