95% Fermented White flour + 5% Rye, all stoneground.
Sourdough culture, filtered Kangen water & sea salt.
Sourdough is known to freeze well. So many things to like about this product.
Fermented and baked too perfection in small batches.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
For an optimal taste experience, it is important to note that the baguette has to be heated.
Heat in oven at 180’C for approximately 5-7 minutes.
To test if the bread is ready…
Apply preasure to the sides of the loaf…if it cracks…then it is ready.
NOTE: Sourdough is known to freeze beautifully. This way you can stock up and have your favourite bread on hand.
