COMMENTS: Very pretty, can be a herbacious border. Harvest from second year.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:Sow in January in seed trays. Transplant our in February. Sow at depth 3x diameter of seed. Easy to grow. 160 – 200cm apart. Harvest 42 – 57 weeks. Love sandy soil. Can be propagated by suckers or offsets. Plant lives for five years in warm climates. Pick buds before scales develop brown tips.

COMPANIONS: Best in seperate space, needs lots of space.
