The flesh has a lovely sweet flavour. Fabulous large peppers are great for stuffing, with rice and mixed vegetables, with a splash of olive oil and roasted in the oven or eaten fresh and crispy in a salad. for balcony gardens plant in a pot 40cm in depth and diameter, or larger.

Growing tips:
For best results germinate your seeds in seed trays filled with a good organic seedling mix. Keep them warm and moist and transplant them in rich organic soil when they are 5-7cm high. For direct sow: Plant in well prepared bed rich in organic compost. When watering aim for the roots and mulch around the plant to keep the soil most and protected.
HARVEST: 10-12 weeks
