Tatsoi is an Asian green. It is also called “Chinese flat cabbage”. The plant has dark green spoon-shaped leaves which forms a thick rosette. It has a soft, creamy texture and a subtle, but distinct flavour. It Contains high levels of Vitamin C, Caretenoids, Folic Acid, Calcium and Potassium.It can be used both raw (in salads) and cooked.
