Tatsoi is an Asian green. It is also called “Chinese flat cabbage”. The plant has dark green spoon-shaped leaves which forms a thick rosette. It has a soft, creamy texture and a subtle, but distinct flavour. It Contains high levels of Vitamin C, Caretenoids, Folic Acid, Calcium and Potassium.It can be used both raw (in salads) and cooked. Use it anywhere that you would ordinarily use spinach.
